摘要
我国有关风险投资的法律体系不完善 ,已落后于高科技产业发展的需要。文章指出了我国有关风险投资法规存在的问题 ,提出了建立和完善我国风险投资法律体系的设想与建议。
The legal system about risk investment is not perfect and has already lagged behind the need of high development of scientific and technological industry.The paper points out the problems existing in the legal system about risk investment and puts forward the sugestions and tentative idea of building and perfecting the legal system about risk investment in China.
