摘要
当前我国国有企业资本结构存在诸多问题 ,这既有制度的原因 ,又有企业管理不善的原因。应加大改革力度 ,加速资产重组 ,优化治理结构 ,以提高国有企业的资本增值效率。
We know that lots of problems lie in the capital structure of the state enterprise of our country. All these problems come from both the institution of the country and the improper management of the enterprise. We should increase the power of the reformation, accelerate the recomposing of the assets and optimize the management structure so as to improve the efficiency of the capital increment of the state enterprise in our country.
