摘要
党的十六大报告确立了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ,而日益突出的生态环境、自然资源和经济社会发展的矛盾成为制约全面建设小康社会的瓶颈之一。文章分析指出可持续发展是全面建设小康社会的基本目标和要求 ,而绿色经营是可持续发展的必然选择和根本途径 ,在此基础上 ,提出了实施绿色经营的对策措施。
Building a well-off society in an all round way is the objective set in the report of the 16th CPC national congress. The difficulty to realize the objective lies in the contradiction between ecological environment and natural resources and economic and social development, which has become one of the bottlenecks in building a well-off society in an all round way. The paper points out that sustained development is the basic goal and the requirement for building a well-off society, and green operation is the inevitable choice and basic way for sustained development.
