摘要
以Ph2SiCl2、Me2SiCl2、MeSiCl3为原料合成了分子量为2000左右含端羟基聚苯基甲基硅氧烷。以该硅树脂与E 20环氧树脂共缩聚制备的有机硅改性环氧树脂作为油墨连结料,与TiO2、增塑剂、溶剂等制成A组分,固化剂为B组分,由A、B组分所组成的油墨具有优良的移印、成膜性能。研究表明该油墨具有较高附着力,固化膜具有耐热、耐寒、耐溶剂和高电绝缘等优点,可作为在苛刻使用条件下移印和丝印的特种油墨。
EK-20 epoxy resin modified by polysiloxane which synthesized from Ph_2SiCl_2 and Me_2SiCl_2( M _n =2 000)was obtained by condensation reaction. A novel printing ink was prepared, which is composed of B component-solidifying agent and A component prepared by modified epoxy resin,TiO_2, plasticizer and solvents. The research shows that the printing ink has good Heat resistance(250 ℃), cold resistance(-55 ℃), solvent resistance, high electric insulate properties, and higher adhesive power. It can be used as moving-printing and silk-screen in hard condition.
