摘要
以粉末NBR(PNBR)和高聚合度PVC(HPVC)为主体材料,考察了NBR的凝胶含量、硫化体系和加工条件对动态硫化PNBR/HPVC热塑性弹性体(TPE)性能的影响。结果表明,选择非交联型的PN-BR和酚醛树脂硫化体系,TPE的力学性能最好,最佳硫化温度为170℃。
PNBR and HPVC are the basic materials in this paper, the influence of gelatin content of NBR, curing system and process conditions on physical-mechanical properties of PNBR/HPVC TPE were investigated.The experiments show that the physical-mechanical properties of PNBR/HPVC TPE are best when linear PNBR and curing system of phenol-formaldehyde resin are choosed and the vulcanizing temperature is 170 ℃.
