摘要
本文简述了有机物激光解吸分析的发展概况,并分别介绍常用的激光飞行时间质谱仪的原理和结构;有机物激光解吸/电离形成离子的过程;影响分析结果的主要参量和因素以及应用情况,其中包括激光解吸/电离与其它软电离技术如FAB、FD、PD-MS等的对比分析结果,最后着重介绍了近几年来基体帮助激光解吸大分子物质的最新成果以及作者的一些研究成果。
A brief review of the history of the development of Laser Desorption Mass Spectrometry of organic compounds is given. The following sections will be introduced in this paper: the principle and structure of Laser TOF-MS; the ion process of Laser Desorption/Ionization of organic compounds including matris-assisted laser desorption; main parameters and factors that effecting the analysis results; applications including comparisions of the results by using LD, FAB, FD and PDMS. The new developed matrix-assisted laser desorption of very high compound, and research results of the author's work are also introduced.
