摘要
本文提出了高等学校投资效益评价的基本指标和辅助指标以及综合管理评议指标 ,构建了高等学校投资效益评价指标体系 。
Some basic indexes and subsidiary indexes, along with the comprehensive evaluation indexes, are presented in order to establish a set of systematic indexes of a higher institution’s investment and operation. A topological method is introduced to promote the management of the institution.
