摘要
目的 探讨输尿管镜及气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法 分析 1 32例输尿管结石患者应用该方法治疗的效果。结果 1 32例中 ,1 2 4例碎石成功 ,成功率 93.6 % ,术后 1个月结石排净率达 96 .7%。结论 输尿管镜及气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、结石排净率高、患者康复快等优点。输尿管镜的置入。
Objetive To explore the clinical effects of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteropyeloscopy for the treatment of ureteral stones.Methods The data of 132 cases of URSL for ureteral stones were retrospectively analied. Results Among the 132 cases,124 cases were treated successfully in situs.The whole successful rate was 93.6%.The totally eliminated rate of ureterolith within one months was 96.7%. Conclusion The URSL for the treatment of ureters stones is claimed to be mildly wounded,safe,high rate of stone expelling and recovery after operation is rapid.The key point of successful lithotripsy is the placement of ureteropyeloscopy and prevention of the displacement of stones.
