摘要
指出了郑州市房地产业开发结构不合理、房价高、物业管理矛盾突出等问题。据此,提出了解决对策,即:应努力完善郑州市房地产业政策法规,建立符合国际惯例与郑州市实际情况的市场运行机制,改革金融与财税制度,推动郑州市房地产业健康有序发展。
Based on the actual problems about real estate in Zhengzhou,this paper brings up some countermeasures as followings:try to perfect the policies and regulations of the real estate in Zhengzhou;establish the market function system that accords with the international practice and actual condition of Zhengzhou;reform the systems of finance and tax to put forward the healthy development of the real estate in Zhengzhou.
