摘要
人体器官买卖对社会具有较大的社会危害性。我国立法应明令禁止人体器官买卖。本文粗略分析了我国立法明文禁止人体器官买卖的必要性及其立法对策。
The sale human organs have great harmfulness to public society. Sale human organs should be prohibited by legislation in China. This article analyzes the necessity as well as the countermeasures of China's law on the prohibition of sale of human's organs.
