摘要
采用60Coγ-ray辐射引发种子乳液聚合法合成了聚有机硅氧烷(PSI)/丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。通过TEM和IR分析对复合粒子微观形态和产物结构进行了表征,同时对乳胶膜的力学性能做了研究。结果表明,通过辐射引发PSI种子乳液聚合,制得了具有核壳式结构的P(SI-BA-MMA)共聚乳胶粒子。随着PSI含量的增加,复合乳胶膜的力学性能显著增强。
The composite latex was prepared by the γ-irradiation initiated emulsion polymerization of acrylate monomer in the presence of polysiloxane seed latex. The morphology and the composition of the copolymerization latex were investigated by using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and FT-IR spectrum apparatus. The latex film properties were also studied. The results show that the P(SI-BA-MMA) composite latex has core-shell structure with PSI as the core and polyacrylate as the shell. The mechanical properties of PSI/polyacrylate composite latex film improves remarkably with increasing the PSI contents.
