摘要
真空荧光显示屏(英文缩写VFD)的线路板通常采用丝网厚膜印刷银浆的方法进行制造,但是大显示容量和高显示精度的产品用厚膜印刷的方法无法达到,必须采用薄膜光刻的方法进行制作,虽然此法在国外已用于生产,但在国内生产本公司尚属首家,本文就对薄膜VFD的线路板制造的质量控制要求进行讨论,并给出关键工序质量控制要点。
