摘要
通过流程考察和分析 ,将锌浮选工艺流程由原来的一次粗选、三次扫选、两次精选改为一次粗选、三次扫选、三次精选 ,并使粗选第一槽刮出泡沫直接进入精选二 ,不仅减少了浮选机数量、节约了电耗 ,而且使锌精矿品位提高了 1.5 8% ,锌金属回收率提高了 1.3 6%。
By flowsheet observation and analysis, the flowsheet for one roughing, three scavenging and two cleaning was converted into that for one roughing, three scavenging and three cleaning. Froth product from first tank in roughing enters direct into the second cleaning. It didn't only decrease number of flotation machine and save power, but also concentrate grade of zinc is increased 1.58 percentage with recovery of zinc increased 1.36 percentage.
