摘要
清代是我国西北地区环境遭到破坏的一个重要阶段 ,但当时的地方官员对当地出现的环境问题普遍没有意识。个别地方官员的环境意识集中表现在对森林涵养水源和保持水土功能的认识上以及在此基础上对于保护森林和植树造林的关注。
Qing Dynasty was a very important period when the environment of the northwest area of China was destroyed. But at that time the magistrates didn't realise the environmental problem generally. Some special magistrates sensed the problem,and concentrated on such things that the forest could keep the water resource and maintained the ability of the water and soil. And on the base of it,they also paid attention to protect the forests and plant trees.
