摘要
伴随社会的发展 ,利益的有限与共享的矛盾是不可避免的 ,从而根本上犯罪在现阶段是不能消灭的 ,而犯罪危害性的本质又决定了预防犯罪与犯罪之间的冲突与互动———博弈成为一种必然。在预防犯罪博弈中 ,预防犯罪者和犯罪者都是理性的 ,收益最大化是博弈双方的追求。所以 ,预防犯罪的过程实质上应是一个从多角度不断扩大犯罪者犯罪机会成本的过程 ,也正由于此 ,预防犯罪的效益在整体上既受制约于经济总体水平 。
Along with the development of society, the conflict that contradiction is between benefit limitation and share together is inevitable. So, crime phenomenon will be died out in present times. Game theory is a very useful and necessary approach, since the nature of criminal dangerous determines the conflict and interaction of both preventive crime activities and crime conducts. As a rational man, either anti-offender 0r offender, their goal is maximum benefits through game. According to the regularity of crime, the process of anti-crime in nature should be such a process of enlarging the cost of opportunity through many means. Consequently, the benefits of anti-crime is determined by the level of economic development and the system of anti-crime practice.
