摘要
改革开放以来,当代公众不仅承受了极大的心灵震撼,而且精神世界也经历了强烈冲击,内心深层次问题也以比较尖锐的形式暴露出来。积极探索解决和消除心理深层问题的方法和途径,加强对社会成员的心理素质教育,倡导社会的主导价值观念,树立正确的管理思想,实行人性化管理,促进社会利益分配的平衡,建立有效的社会网络支持系统,是促进社会主义市场经济健康发展的关键所在。
