本试验旨在对绵羊妊娠早期瘦素(Leptin)激素水平的不同变化进行研究,以判断绵羊是否妊娠或单双胎及绵羊早期妊娠的生殖生理变化,为绵羊早期妊娠的判定提供一条可靠的科学依据。
