摘要
电站锅炉炉膛受热面不同程度的污染将改变炉膛出口以及对流烟道内各点的烟气温度 ,影响炉膛及其后对流受热面的换热状况。针对某台 10 2 5t/h锅炉计算了炉膛灰污系数改变后各受热面吸热量的变化规律 ,建立了理论分析模型。结合实际锅炉的吹灰运行数据 ,分析了炉膛污染状况的变化 ,对制定锅炉炉膛的优化吹灰策略具有一定的参考价值。
The flue gas temperature at each point in the outlet of furnace and in convective flue gas conduit are varied according to different degree of furnace pollution on the heating surface in ulility boilers, infuencing upon heat exchange of the furnace and of the convective heating surface thereafter. Directing against a 1035 t/h boiler, the variation regularity of absorbed heat on each heating surface after changing ash pollution coefficient in the furnace has been calculated, theoretical analysis model being established. Combining with data of practical sootblowing operation of the boiler, the influence of furnace pollution variation upon operation of superheater and reheater system has been deeply analysed, having certain reference value for working out optimal sootblowing strategy for furnace of boilers.
