摘要
本文利用碳化硅颗粒表面氧化生成的二氧化硅将碳化硅颗粒包裹起来的方法,制备了二氧化硅包裹碳化硅材料;借助XRD、SEM分析了加入不同添加剂对材料抗折强度及抗热震性等性能的影响。结果表明添加硅粉能提高二氧化硅包裹碳化硅材料的抗弯强度和抗热震性,而Cu粉和V2O5对材料的性能影响不大。
This paper studies the methods of silica oxidiz ing formation silicon-carbide particles surface bindi ng with silicon-carbide particle and prepares the mater ial of silica bonded silicon-carbide. Through the analys is of X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Micro scope (SEM),adding different additives affects the proper ties of the material of bending strength and thermal shock-resistance.The results indicate that the added si licon powder can increase the bending strength and thermal shock resistance of the material of silica bonded s ilicon-carbide while adding copper powder and V 2 O 5 have almost no effects on the properties of the ma terial.
