摘要
本文以某型燃气轮机低压压气机第一级叶片盘为物理模型,借模态综合法建立系统的运动方程,分析了调谐及失调叶片盘的固有振动,研究了叶片失调对叶片盘强迫振动的影响,其实验结果与计算结果较为吻合。得到的结论可能对发动机的排振及实际的叶片盘的装配有重要的参考价直。
The vibration characteristics of mistuned bladed disk have been studied for over twenty years, but even now the results and conclusions of these researches are very different, sometimes even conflicting. Maybe the simplified models are one of the main facters which account for such a situation. Based on this supposition this paper selects a model of a real bladed disk. The equations of motion are derived by the component mode systhesis method. The natural vibratins of a tuned bladed disk and the forced vibrations of the tuned and several kinds of the mistuned bladed disk with various allotion of the mistuned bladed excited by the different force functions under different resonance conditions are analyzed
