摘要
在供试的白灵侧耳培养料配方中,配方1以棉籽壳为主料(棉籽壳80%,麦麸18%,蔗糖1%,石膏1%,含水量60%),白灵侧耳菌丝生长速度最快,生长势最强,子实体产量最高,生物学效率达到94.39%,与其余5个供试培养料配方比较,差异均达到极显著水平。
Six formulae of Pleurotus nebrodensis composts were tested in the experiment. The results showed that the optimum one was formula 1: cotton seed hull 80%, wheat bran 18%, sucrose 1% and gypsum 1% with water content of 60%. Using the compost of formula 1, the mycelial growth rate was the highest, the mycelial growth vigor was the strongest, the yield of the friutbody was also the highest and its biological efficiency was as high as 94.39%, and the differences were the most significant comparing with the other 5 formulae tested.
