摘要
分别用碳酸钠 (Na2 CO3)和溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)对膨润土进行改性 ,研究了改性膨润土吸附石化含油废水中油的性能及适宜条件。结果表明 ,有机改性膨润土除油效果比钠化改性膨润土和提纯土好 ,其饱和吸附容量也远高于提纯土 ;对于浓度 2 2 1mg/L的含油废水 ,有机膨润土用量为 5 .0g/L ,油的去除率可达 97%。
Two modified bentonites were synthesized by placing Na 2CO 3 and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) on bentonite. The optimal conditions and properties for modified bentonites to adsorb oil in petrochemical wastewater were investigated.It was indicated that the saturation adsorbing capacities and removal rates for organobentonites modified by CTMAB to treat oil and COD in waste water were more than that for the modified and purified bentonites.The removal rates of oil from wastewater which density is 221mg/L by adding organobentonites at the dosage of 5.0g/L were more than 97%.
