摘要
利用闪光灯作为抽运源研究了Nd∶GdVO4晶体的脉冲激光性能。激光晶体样品尺寸为 4mm× 4mm× 6mm。当输出镜透过率T =15 % ,抽运能量为 6 .32J时 ,激光器静态输出能量为 31.7mJ。对T =7%的输出镜 ,抽运阈值为 0 .13J。用厚度为 1.5mm ,小信号透过率为 5 4 .7%的Cr4+ ∶YAG晶体片实现了激光器的被动调Q运转 ,测得动态和静态激光能量输出之比约为 1∶3。在T =15 %的输出镜透过率下 ,当抽运能量为 3.89J和 6 .32J时 ,分别得到了脉冲宽度为 4 8.0ns和 39.
Pulse laser performance of Nd∶GdVO 4 crystal is investigated by using xenon-flash lamp as pump source. The dimension of the laser crystal sample is 4 mm×4 mm×6 mm. With output coupler transmission of T=15%, static output energy of 31.7 mJ is obtained at the pump energy of 6.32 J. For T=7% output coupler, the pump threshold of the laser is 0.13 J. The passively Q-switched operation is achieved by using 1.5 mm thickness Cr 4+∶YAG wafer with small-signal transmission of 54.7%. The dynamic-static laser output ratio is about 1∶3. With T=15% output coupler, single laser pulses with duration of 48.0 ns and 39.2 ns are acquired at the pump energy of 3.89 J and 6.32 J, respectively.
