摘要
面对21世纪,面对市场竞争中出现的许多新态势,面对知识经济在世界范围已初见端倪的新情况,企业经营战略的研究与设计就显得更加重要,从某种意义上,也可以说具有相当的紧迫性。本文正是从八个方面对企业经营战略的发展趋势进行了论证。
In 21 century,facing the new situation in the market competition and the emerging of knowledge economy all over the world,the research and design of enterprise management is becoming more and more important.It's very pressing in some sense.The paper discusses eight problems all together according to enterprise management strategy.
