摘要
从网络化技术服务和并行求解的角度出发 ,提出了应用服务提供商模式下集成CAE优化分析服务的总体框架模型 ,分析了任务流程并行求解技术。应用APDL参数化设计语言对CAE优化设计的前后置处理进行编程处理 ,生成分析命令批处理脚本文件 ,进而实现求解过程的自动化。研究表明 ,使用该方法有利于制造企业在产品开发中推广应用CAE分析技术。
Viewing on providing services by network and concurrent engineering, a general framework of ASP based CAE optimal Design was worked out. The key technologies were discussed to concurrent solve product-optimizing problems. The APDL language was used to program the Preprocessor and Postprocessor of CAE optimal Design. The command batch files were built to implement automatic computation and analysis. From experiments, the results show that this method makes for popularizing application of CAE technologies at the higher level in all enterprises.
