摘要
目的 :探讨硫酸腺嘌呤预处理对大鼠缺血心肌细胞凋亡的保护。方法 :应用注入腺苷前质———硫酸腺嘌呤复制大鼠心脏预处理模型 ,并与经典的预处理模型对比 ,观察心肌细胞的改变。结果 :两种方式的预处理都可降低心肌MDA含量及血清CK活性 ,抑制心肌细胞凋亡。结论 :硫酸腺嘌呤预处理对大鼠缺血心肌有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of adenine sulphate preconditioning(ASPC) on apoptosis of rat's ischemic myocardium. Methods: By injection of adenine sulphate,the precursor of adenosine,a rat heart preconditioning model was established. Morphologic changes of ischemic myocordium cells were observed, And MDA and CK level in myocardium was messured in ASPC group and in classic ischemic precondifioning group(IPC group) which were established by Murry method. Results: Compared with those in infarction/reperfusion(I/R)group,the contents of myocardial MDA and CK and index of apoptosis decreased in IPC group and ASPC group. Conclusion: Adenine sulphate preconditioning can afford protection to ischemic heart by inhibiting apoptosis and damage in myocardium.
