摘要
师资队伍建设的好坏关系到高校发展的成败。新时期的师资队伍建设应从"以人为本"、以教学为本、重视师德三方面展开。
Goodness and badness of teachers team construction relate to success and failure of development of colleges and universities.In the new period, teachers team construction should proceed from three spheres that regards human as fundamental ,considers teaching as basics and emphasizes morality of teachers.
