摘要
改革开放以来,我国劳动力市场快速发展,劳动力市场运行整体上是有序的,但是也存在着一些失序现象,如劳动力市场供求失序、中介市场失序、供方竞争失序、市场准入失序等。劳动力市场失序有复杂的社会经济原因。规范劳动力市场秩序,必须加强劳动力市场法制建设,加强政府对劳动力市场的宏观调控,不断完善就业准入制度和职业资格证书制度,加大管理力度,促进劳动力市场有序发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China has developed rapidly in the manpower market which operates in an orderly way as a whole. However, there exists some disorder phenomenon in the supply and demand market of manpower, medium market, competition of the suppliers and permission into the market. The disorderly manpower market results from the complex social economics. In order to standardize the manpower market, the legal construction and the macro control of the government should be intensified, with am aim to improve the profession permission and the profession qualification certificate system, and promote the development of the manpower market in an orderly way.
