摘要
分析了最新研制的5-UPS-PRPU并联虚拟轴机床机构的特点,建立了虚拟轴机床的三维实体模型,并得到了并联机构的运动学逆解表达式;介绍了基于三维CAD软件SolidWorks2000,通过OLE接口技术开发虚拟轴机床数控加工过程计算机模拟系统的方法。实例表明,该方法简单、可靠;开发的仿真系统完全满足了实际的需求。
The 5-UPS-PRPU virtual axis machine tool mechanism was analysed, 3D solid model of virtual axis machine tool was designed, and kinematics reverse formula of parallel mechanism was obtained. Basing on 3D CAD software, SolidWorks2000 and OLE interface, the method of developing the NC milling process computer simulation was presented. Example indicated that this method is easy and reliable, and that simulation system using this method can meet the practice need.
