摘要
【目的】比较青蒿油纳米脂质体和青蒿油的体外抑菌作用。【方法】通过制备不同浓度的青蒿油和青蒿油纳米脂质体的药物培养基,分别观察其对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和糠秕孢子菌的抑菌效应。【结果】青蒿油纳米脂质体的最低有效浓度为0.648mg/L,而阳性对照药青蒿油的最低有效浓度为6.48mg/L,在0.648mg/L浓度时仅对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。【结论】通过纳米脂质体的制备工艺,可以增强青蒿油的抑菌疗效,减少用药量。
[Objective] To compare the in-vitro antibacterial action of artemisia oil and artemisia-oil nasometer liposomes. [Methods] Various culture medium containing different concentrations of artemisia oil or artemisia-oil nasometer liposomes was prepared to observe the effects of artemisia oil and artemisia-oil nasometer liposomes on acne propionate bacillus, staphylococcus aureus and sporidium furfur. [Results] The minimum effective concentration of artemisia-oil nasometer liposomes was 0.648mg/L and that of artemisia oil was 6.48mg/L. Artemisia oil at the concentration of 0.648mg/L had inhibitory effect only on staphylococcus aureus. [Conclusion] The preparation of nasometer liposomes can increase the effect of artemisia oil and decrease its dose.
