简述了用周期轧管工艺线开发大口径调质高强石油套管的主要工艺。实践表明 ,采用此工艺 ,并在其改进基础上研制出的N80Q、P10、L80 1等大口径高强石油套管完全达到和超出APIspec
This article briefs the main manufacturing process of producing Large-sized Quenched/tempered Hi-strength Casing on Pilger pipe process line.The result of practice shows that N80Q,P110,L80-1 etc.Large-sized Hi-strength Casing produced by using of the process and developed process meets and surpasses requirements of API Spec.5 CT completely.
