摘要
主要介绍了毛坯调质热处理工艺在 Cr-Mo钢材料加氢反应器锻件生产中的应用。检测结果表明 :经毛坯调质热处理的锻件 ,其各种性能指标均合格、稳定 ,调质热处理可有效缩短锻件的生产周期。
This paper describes the application of the blank heat treatment process in the manufacturing of hydrogenation reactor forgings with Cr-Mo material. The results shows that the tempered and quenched forgings have very stable and qualified performance with short production cycle and low costs in the actual manufacturing.
