摘要
文章从西部旱区草地资源的现状、特征入手,分析引起退化的驱动因素,设计草地资源退化态势量度指标体系和方法,并以青海省德令哈市为例进行了研究。据此提出了加强生态建设、改革使用制度、实现法制化管理、建立生态环境监测系统等合理利用西部旱区草地资源的对策。
There are 193.35×10~6 hm^2 rangeland resources in droughty western China , in which (113.247×10~6) hm^2 are degenerated . It takes 59% of total rangeland resources in droughty western China. It is important to measure the degenerate situation of rangeland and rationally use it. Based on the current use condition and characteristics of the rangeland resources in droughty western China, the paper firstly analysis the factors which caused degenerate; designs an index system for degenerate situation measurement; With that it developed a method of measure. Finally, the paper takes Delingha county as a case, and identifies the major means for reasonable utilization of rangeland resources in droughty western China.
