摘要
物流产业是推动地区经济发展的新型服务产业,是社会分工深化的结果。青岛物流产业发展的优势是它的港口,而港口发展则取决于其腹地的大小、经济发展水平以及经济的外向性等。长期以来,环渤海地区三大港口———青岛、天津和大连一直维持着三足鼎立的格局,在市场经济条件下,其为了自身的发展,都在通过改善港口设施,相互袭夺对方腹地,争取更多腹地货源,使自己成为北方国际航运中心。文章通过对三大港口城市进行港口—腹地关系的对比分析,揭示了青岛物流产业发展所面临的国际和国内竞争;并结合在区位、水深、腹地以及港口设施等方面的优势,提出了青岛物流产业发展的方向及对策。
Logistics is an integrated 'supply chain' and 'demand chain' composed of purchasing, transportation, storing, processing and allotment etc, which are equipped by the information technique, and it is a new service industry caused by the continuing social division which can promote the development of regional economy. The advantage of Qingdao logistics development lies in its harbor and the harbor development depends on the hinterland's spatial scope, economic development level and its economic export_orientation. For a long time, the triangular situation has been kept among Qingdao, Tianjin and Dalian——three harbors along Bohai economic circle. On the condition of market economy, for the sake of its development, every harbor tries to encroach the others' hinterlands and attract more exported goods in its expanded hinterland, by ameliorating the harbor facilities, making it an international shipping center in northern China. By contrast of the harbor_hinterland relations between every two harbors mentioned above, the paper reveals the domestic and international competitions confronted by the development of Qingdao logistics. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of Qingdao logistics development, taking into consideration Qingdao harbor's advantages in harbor location, harbor facilities, depth of the coastal sea water and the spatial scope of its hinterland.
