摘要
清代“湖广填四川”使三峡人口大增,产生了严重的人口与土地之间的矛盾,同时,因为移民过度垦殖、开矿、建筑用地等造成土地浪费和土地兼并,恶化和加重了人地之间的矛盾。以史为鉴,今天的三峡库区建设必须严格控制人口数量,合理规划库区经济建设,做到人口与土地资源的协调发展。
Population in Three-Gorge region increased greatly with a number of people moving into Sichuan from the provinces around it, esp. from southern ones, which resulted in the over-cultivation of the land in this region, causing a serious conflict between population and cultivated land.Thus the problem of land inadequacy worsened, and land annexation also contributed to the worsening. Warning should be taken from history. The present construction of Three-Gorge region must be based on firm control of the number of population and on appropriate planning of economic development so as to coordinate population and land.
