摘要
本文合成了10个三氮唑丙醇类衍生物,除氟康唑外,其它9个化合物未见文献报道.作者对这些化合物进行了体外抗真菌活性的测定,并根据抑茵试验结果,对其构效关系作了讨论.
The Synthesis of ten triazole propanol derivatives, 1-(1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)-2-(2, 4-difluorophenyl)-3-aliphatic amino(or heteroaromatic group)-propan-2-ol, is presented in this article. The in-vitro antifungal activities of these compounds were determined and the structure-activity relationship among some compounds was exploited.
