摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对妇产科急腹症的诊断意义。方法 回顾性分析手术病理已证实的118例妇产科急腹症患者的附件区包块二维图像、血流分布及频谱特征,评价其诊断符合率。结果 本组超声诊断118例,与手术病理诊断相符合的107例,总符合率90.7％。118例中宫外孕72例,占61.0％,居首位;黄体破裂24例,占20.3％;卵巢囊肿蒂扭转17例,占14.4％。此3种疾病超声检出率共95.7％,与手术病理比较符合率为91.2％。结论 妇产科急腹症应尽早进行超声检查,超声检查对早期确诊妇产科急腹症具有极其重要的意义。
Objective To evaluate ultrasound examination in diagnosing gyenecological acute abdomen. Methods Retrospective study was conducted in 2D images, blood flow signals and spectral features of 118 patients with gynecological acute abdomen confinned by post-operative pathology.The diagnostic accordance rates were assessed. Resuets Clinical diatnosis was confirmed by pathology in 107 patients,with a total diagnostic accordance rate of 90.7%. 72 patients had ectopic pregnancy(61%),24 rupture of corpus luteun cyst (20.3%) and 17 ovarian cyst pedicle torsion (14.4%) ;the three diseases accounted for 96% ,and their diagnostic accordance rate was 91.2% .Conclusions Gynecological acute abdomen should be detected by color Doppler ultrascnography as early as possible for that ultrasound is a valuable means for diagnosing such gynecological emergency.
