摘要
目的 探讨睡眠剥夺对大鼠胃动力及胃黏膜损伤的影响。方法 采用小站台水环境法建立大鼠睡眠剥夺模型。用同位素99mTc灌胃测定大鼠胃液体排空率,观察胃黏膜损伤情况。结果 睡眠剥夺条件下可导致胃排空障碍,在睡眠剥夺第3日大鼠胃排空率明显下降(73.9±4.1)%,在睡眠剥夺第5天和第7天大鼠胃排空率降低更明显,(70.6±4.9)%,(70.4±5.9)%。同时胃黏膜损伤也不断加重,在睡眠剥夺第3日,第5天和第7天大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数分别为(25.7±3.2),(28.9±3.8),(31.1±4.3)。结论 睡眠剥夺可导致胃排空障碍和胃黏膜损伤,而且二者与睡眠剥夺时间密切相关。
Objective To observe the effects of gastric emptying and gastric mucosal lesions in rats after sleep deprivation. Methods Sleep deprivation(SD) was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats by housing them on small platfonn over water. Control rats were housed either in normal cages or on the large platfonn over water. Using gastrogavage with radioactive 99mTc, liquid food emptying rate was quantified, and the effect on gastric mucosal lesions was observed.Results 3rd day of SD, the gastric emptying decreased significantly, the liquid food emptying rate being (73.9±4.1)% .On the 5th day and 7th day.gastric emptying further decreased to (70.6±4.9)% and (70.4±5.9)%,respectively.In the mean time, the mucosal lesions were aggravated with time. On the 3rd,5th and 7th days,the injury indices gastric mucosal lesions were 25.7±3.2,28.9±3.8 and 31.1 ±4.3 respectively. Conclusions Sleep deprivation causes gastric motor disorders and gastric mucosal lesions,which is dependent on sleep deprivation time.
