摘要
目的 :探讨学校管理气氛与教师心理健康评定的相关性。方法 :抽取郴州市 2 7所初中教师2 45人 ,采用SCL -90量表和学校管理气氛量表进行调查并做相关分析。结果 :①教师SCL -90的因子分普遍高于常模 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ;教师对良好和不良管理气氛学校间评定因子分差异有显著性(P <0 0 1)。②领导威信与敌意 (r =0 2 2 ,P <0 0 5 )、强迫因子 (r=0 16,P <0 0 5 ) ,人际领导与敌意因子具有显著的正相关 (r =0 14 ,P <0 0 5 )。③教师SCL -90各因子与学校管理气氛中的民主作风、制度健全、关心体贴和管理系统性具有负相关 ,但差异无显著性。④不同管理气氛的学校 ,其教师SCL -90评分除焦虑因子外其它各因子评分 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :学校管理气氛对教师心理健康可能有一定影响。
Objective:To study the relationship between administrative climate of school and SCL-90 results of teachers.Method:245 teachers from 27 middle schools in Chenzhou were collected and assessed with SCL-90. They also completed Administrative Climate of School Inventory.Results:①Each factor of SCL-90 of teachers was positively correlated with the factor of leadership-prestige and interpersonal leader. Meanwhile there was positive correlation between leadership-prestige and hostility, obsessional factor, between interpersonal leader and hostile factor. ② The factor of SCL-90 of teachers had negative correlation with the democracy of school management, a sound administrative system and kindness. ③The teachers of schools with different administrative climates had remarkable differences in their mental health.
