摘要
目的 :研究跗骨骨折螺旋CT轴扫、多平面 (MPR)和三维 (3D)重建图像的特点及其临床意义。方法 :收集跗骨骨折患者术前螺旋CT资料 18例 ,其中 15例同时进行了MPR和 3D重建图像。着重分析跗骨骨折线的走行、与关节面的关系、关节面塌陷程度等 ,并评价轴扫、MPR和 3D重建图像的优势。结果 :在 18例 37个跗骨骨折中 ,跟骨 15个 ,距骨 13个 ,骰骨 5个 ,舟骨 2个 ,楔骨 2个 ;跗骨关节受累 16例 ;踝关节受累 6例。18例 37个跗骨骨折均被显示 ,MPR和 3D重建图像可直观显示骨折的情况。结论 :螺旋CT轴扫、多平面和三维重建图像相结合 ,可更好显示跗骨骨折的情况 ,能为临床术前诊断和治疗提供有价值的影像信息。
Objective:To study the features and significance of 3D and Multiplanar Reconstruction Helical CT in Tarsal Fracture. Methods:Eighteen patients with tarsal fractures underwent helical CT scanning, and the images of 15 patients were reformed with 3D and multiplanar reconstrucction(MPR) that focused on the tarsal fracture and characteristics of CT manifestation. Results:Thirty-seven out of the 18 patients 15 were calcaneal fractures, 13 talus, 5 cuboid, 2 navicular and 2 cuneiform. The joint injurles were found in 16 patient,of which,6 patients had ankle fractures.Conclusion:The combination of axial helical CT scanning?3D and MPR could demonstrate the tarsal fracture from different views. It afforded to select the best surgical approach.
