0.8%石灰水加20 ppm IAA和0.8%石灰水加20 ppmGA于采前30天和15天处理“玉露”水蜜桃.采收后,自然状态下贮藏10天.试验结果表明:石灰水加IAA处理的好果率比未处理提高142.8%,比石灰水处理提高78.9%;糖酸比值较未处理和石灰水处理的分别提高52.7%和36.8%.石灰水加IAA处理可减少可溶性蛋白质含量而游离态氨基酸含量变化不大,降低了果实细胞膜透性.在钙素水平方面,石灰水加IAA处理的全果总钙含量比未处理和石灰水处理的分别提高46.4%和22.0%.但是石灰水加GA处理的结果则相反.
0. 8% calcareous water plus 20 ppm IAA or 20 ppm GA were used to spray on the peach fruits (Prunus ferslca L. )15 days and 30 days before harvest. Changes occured as to the storage behaviour of the harvested fruits after normal storage for 10 days. The Ca2+ +IAA treatment increased the percentage of sound fruit by 142. 8% and 78. 9% as compared to the control and the Ca2+ treatment respectively. The sugar/acid ratio also was increased by 52. 7% and 36. 8% over the control and the Ca2+ treatment respectovely. While the Ca2+ + IAA treatment decreased the soluble protein contents. no apparent changes of free amino acid contents were observed in this treatment. The cell membrane permeability of the treated fruits was reduced. Calcium concentration was found higher in the Ca2+ + IAA treated fruits and the total calcium was increased by 46. 4% and 22. 0% over the control and the Ca2+ treatment respectively. The Ca2++ GA treatment ,however,showed the opposite effects. The relation between IAA or GA and calcium im the fruits was discussed.
