摘要
对比分析了中外喷灌技术发展速度、主要形式以及包括精确灌溉在内的先进喷灌技术的研究和应用情况,分析了我国存在的主要差距,指出我国家庭联产承包责任制下的土地小块经营方式和与之相应的管理体制,是限制大中型喷灌机组与喷灌技术应用、精确灌溉技术实施和喷灌技术发展的主要因素之一,并探讨了我国喷灌机组的发展方向。
The advanced sprinkler irrigation techniques in the world are discussed such as LEPA (Low Energy Precision Application), VRT (Variable-Rate Technology), PI (Precision Irrigation) and so on. The differences and gaps between the development and practice of sprinkler irrigation in China and in the world are discussed. After comparison, this paper indicates that the major limiting factor for the development of sprinkler irrigation in China is the family owned small area farmland management system. Finally,this paper points out that the small engine powered pipe moving system should only be the supplementary way to develop sprinkler irrigation in China,and China should take great efforts to conduct research on the advanced large scale irrigation systems employed precision irrigation techniques in the nation-owned large farmland.
