摘要
目的 :运用微机建立医院药品不良反应 (ADR)监测系统 ,用于ADR监测和报告。 方法 :运用网络数据库系统 (PHP MySQL)进行ADR监测和收集 ,并按照国家药品监督管理局制作的ADR报告表做出报告。 结果 :使医院ADR监测和报告工作系统化 ,省时、省力 ,并便于查询、分析等。 结论 :本系统适用于医院监测ADR和上报ADR。
Objective:Establish a web-based database system to monitor the adverse drug reaction (ADR).ADR reports collected from internet and intranet and an interface for ADR data processing was provided, can help the pharmacists to reduce the possible occurrence of ADR cases. Methods:Using PHP web scripts and MySQL database can provide a centralized platform for ADR monitoring and analysis, and produce a report according to the templates provided by state drug administration. Results:By using computer network technology, ADR monitoring process becomes much more efficient, systematical and timesaving. It also makes the enquiry being easily to reach and providing more precise analysis . Conclusion:This computer system is a good tool in the area of ADR monitoring.
