摘要
在我国"低水平的、不全面的、发展很不平衡"的小康社会状况下,扩大消费需求是全面建设小康社会的重要手段。扩大消费需求可以促进消费水平的提高,可以使人们的消费结构、消费理念更加科学化,促进体力、智力、思想、道德情操等方面的同步发展,从而达到全面的小康社会的目标要求。现阶段我国扩大消费需求的对策主要有:完善个人收入分配制度,增加居民收入;加强社会保障制度建设,改变居民对未来经济状况的不良预期;进一步改善消费环境,消除消费障碍;开拓农村消费市场;扩大消费信贷规模。
Under the 'low-level, non-comprehensive, unevenly-developed' conditions in China' well-off society, expanding consumer demand is an important means of building the well-off society in an all-around way. Expanding consumer demand can contribute to the growth in consumption level, rationalize people's consumption structure and ideology, and promote the even development in physical strength, intelligence, ideology and moral sentiment, thus accomplishing the requirements of the all-around well-off society. The countermeasures for expanding consumer demand in China at the present stage include perfecting personal income distribution system, increasing household income, strengthening the construction of social security system, changing the bad expectation by residents of future economic circumstances, further improving consumption environment, removing consumption barriers, exploring rural consumer market, and expanding consumer credit.
