摘要 多种蛋白质(因子)在骨科领域具有治疗前景,但是外源给予蛋白质进行治疗效力有限甚至无效。基因治疗为疾病的防治开辟了一条新途径。现就目前基因治疗的方法及在骨愈合、椎间盘疾病、肌腱和韧带、关节和软骨、脊髓和周围神经损伤方面的动物实验研究和临床研究进行综述。
