摘要
综述了PET和PEN聚酯啤酒瓶的性能,制造技术进步,商业化和市场发展前景及其预测。重点介绍了提高PET啤酒瓶阻隔性的方法,包括含阻隔材料的多层瓶结构、表面涂层技术、纳米聚合物和PET/PEN共混法。并报道了PEN用于可重复灌装啤酒瓶的研究开发进展。分析了塑料啤酒瓶开发中存在的问题,提出了企业发展聚酯啤酒瓶的建议。
The property,manufacturing technology progress,commercialization,market development tendency and forecast of PET and PEN beer bottle are reviewed. The methods for enhancement of gas barrier property of PET beer bottle,including multilayer technique containing barrier material, surface coat,nano-polymer and PET /PEN blend,are introduced emphatically.The developments of the R & D for PEN beer bottle are reported.The problems of the study on polyester beer bottles are analyzed. The suggestions for developing polyester beer bottle are also given.
