实时三维超声心动图在室间隔缺损诊断中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨实时三维超声心动图在室间隔缺损诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 对 5例室间隔缺损患者分别进行二维和实时三维超声检查。其中 3例为膜部室间隔缺损 ,1例为膜周部室间隔缺损 ,1例为干下室间隔缺损。结果 实时三维超声心动图能清晰显示室间隔缺损的形态、部位以及毗邻关系。结论 与二维超声心动图比较 ,实时三维超声心动图反映了室间隔缺损的立体空间结构。与以往三维重建超声相比 ,实时三维超声可迅速得到室间隔缺损的三维图像。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in ventricular septal defects (VSD).Methods Five patients with VSD were examined by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and two-dimensional echocardiography.Three were membranous septum defects,one was membrane-surranding septum defect,one was below branch septum defect.Results The stereoscopic views of VSD were displayed clearly by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,including shape,position,area and spatial relations of VSD.Conclusions Compared with two-dimensional echocardiography,real-time three-dimensional echocardiography could reflect the true stereoscopic structure of VSD.It is also better than former three-dimensional voxel imaging of echocardiography in requiring quick images of the ventricular defects real-time.
