摘要
目的 : 探讨中毒性表皮坏死松解症 (TEN)药疹的临床特点和治疗。方法 : 回顾性分析 12例TEN药疹患者的临床特点和治疗。结果 : TEN药疹患者潜伏期 1～ 6 0天 ,平均 18.7天。发热 11 12例(91.7%) ,肝损害 10 12例 (83.3%) ,粘膜损害 9 12例 (75 %)。经糖皮质激素治疗 ,加强护理 ,加强营养及预防感染 ,11例痊愈 (91.7%) ,1例死亡。结论 : 糖皮质激素治疗非常有效 ,强化护理、支持疗法及预防感染对降低死亡率非常重要。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and the treatment efficacy of toxic epidermal necrolysis. Methods: The clinical characteristics and treatment of 12 patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Latent period of drug reaction was from 1 day to 60 days with a mean of 18.7days. The disease was associated with fever (11), hepatic damage (10) and mucosal lesions (9). Eleven patients were cured and one died owing to secondary infection, and respiratory and circulatory failure. Conclusion: The results showed that the glucocorticoid treatment was very effective. Intensive care, management of major fluid and electrolyte derangements, prevention of infection and intensive nutritional support were very important to reduce mortality.
