摘要
目的 提高输尿管囊肿的诊断治疗水平 ,总结临床经验 ,提出经内窥镜钬激光 (Ho ;YAG)治疗输尿管囊肿新手术方法。方法 输尿管囊肿 2 8例 ,2 2例经尿道输尿管囊肿电切囊肿开窗术 ,1例经尿道钬激光(Ho :YAG)开窗术 ,5例开放手术 (Ho :YAG)。结果 手术全部成功 ,随访 2～ 10年 ,症状全部消失 ,肾、输尿管积水明显好转。结论 开放手术和腔内手术治疗输尿管囊肿 ,对较小的输尿管囊肿电切囊肿及腔内钬激光治疗是一种安全、有效、简单的治疗方法 ,对伴发结石的病例亦可用钬激光一并治疗。
Objective: To improve diagnosis and treatment level of ureterocele and introduce a new kind of treatment method of ureterocele (Ho:YAG laser was applied for endoscopic resecting ureterocele )Methods:Twenty-eight cases ureterocele were treated,5 cases of them (big cyst) were resected using open operation,22 cases of them were resected using transurethral procedures,1 case of them was resected using Ho:YAG laser. Results:All operations were succeed ,The patients were followed up for 2～10 years and symptoms and hydroureteronephrosis disappeared ,which were confirmed by examinations of B-ultrasonic ,CT,cystoscopy,IVU etc.Conclusions: Ureterocele can be resected using open operation or transurethral procedure ,but transurethral procedure is a kind of simple and effect method torelative small ureteroceles,Transurethral Ho:YAG laser resect ureterocele is another new simple and effect method,especial for ureterocele accompanying bladder stone.
