摘要
研究了乙烯裂解炉服役炉管材料内部的组织损伤程度与焊接性的关系。结合寿命消耗,将组织损伤程度分为8级。发现炉管损伤在4.5级及以上时,炉管焊接修复困难,而在此损伤级别以下,炉管一般均能较好地修复。
The relation of internal microstructure damage degree of furnace tube in a ethylene pyrolyzer with weldability was studied. Microstructure damage degree were divided into 8 rates that were relative to life consumption. It was found that repair of furnace tubes is difficult as damage rates are 4.5 or above. When damage rates are below 4.5, repair of furnace tubes is feasible.
